Pouches
I belong to the Kansas City Modern Quilt Guild. The service project we are doing is for St. Luke's Hospital. The beautiful little creations below are fetal demise pouches that will be used in the maternity ward. I didn't really understand what I was doing or what they would be used for, but now I do. I put a lot of love into those little pouches and hopefully the unknowing and unwilling recipient will understand that over time.

Oh, wow! I couldn't figure out what fetal demise pouch meant, so I clicked the link. What a touching project. It is not something I would ever think of.
